Our lenders are selected with several features in mind,
one of which is Lender Fees. Lenders fees are to be in
line with,
or under, national and regional averages. Points are only
used to “buy the rate down” or to meet program
guideline costs. The bulk of our experts are volume lenders
that have discounted access to the large pool of mortgage
funds available to all lenders. This volume sales approach
saves in 2 ways. Access to slightly cheaper funds and spreading
the costs of the loans over a larger number of clients.
